Kaiji Mould has added large CNC machining equipment

Recently, Taizhou Kaiji Plastic Mould Co.,Ltd. completed a new round of equipment upgrades, adding large CNC milling and deep-hole drilling machines to further expand its precision machining capacity for automotive large injection moulds.
This equipment upgrade primarily targets large plastic moldings such as automotive bumpers, instrument panels, and door panels, aiming to shorten the roughing and finishing cycles of moulds and ensure timely delivery of export orders. Leveraging an integrated CAD/CAM/CAE design system, the team can efficiently complete the entire process from 3D product modeling and mold flow analysis to precision machining and trial molding. Currently, the company's automotive component mold orders have expanded to cover clients in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and multiple European countries, further enhancing production capacity and delivery capabilities.
