Made from premium mirror-polished steel, they ensure a porcelain-like surface, free of flow marks and shrinkage, meeting the stringent appearance standards of the bathroom industry.

The mould structure integrates a precise positioning and slow demoulding system to prevent deformation of thin-walled parts; optimized cooling water channels shorten the moulding cycle and improve production efficiency.

Suitable for PP, ABS, and antibacterial plastics, supporting two-color injection moulding (combination of soft and hard plastics) for a comfortable seating experience. The moulds are highly durable, with a lifespan exceeding 500,000 cycles.
